On A Fun Note

Last Night, myself and two fellow beltway dwellers, formerly of the Dirty Jers, went to see Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band at the Richmond Coliseum. Holy Crap was this a show. Bruce already posted on the website all the songs played last night (listed below). The band played for an three and a half hours without a single break – the encore was 55 minutes long. For almost four hours everyone in the arena was jumping up and down and on their feet. Even people in their 60s. It was a great time.

You Obama People would have enjoyed however, ‘Living In the Future’, where Bruce told us all to “follow him to the river with faith and hope in the Lord” and to “be ready to move on” and reverse the last 8 years of the “greatest destruction of civil liberties America has known”. It was preachy and annoying but I’m sure you all like it.
